Advanced Field Service Engineer - ESD/SIS
We have an opportunity for an Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our
Honeywell Performance Technologies team in Kuwait. This is an interesting

Key requirements
* Responsible for technical delivery of Control Systems preventative and remedial maintenance
* Write a detailed daily / weekly report for each job location and submit to customer/ Service Lead
* Escalate issues in a Timely Manner and follow-up the same to solve them in the agreed time frame.
* Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement.
* Estimate materials costs and quantities provide the information to Service Sales.
* Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader.
* Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services.
* Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
* On time entry of Timesheets in the tool with details and Maintain Time sheets for billing purpose
* Implement projects using Honeywell Tools and processes, provide input for constant improvement of processes.
* Comply with Honeywell GSM
* Teamwork/Collaboration-Internal and external liaison with including Service and project progress reporting.
* Initiative - Identifying and acting upon, sales and service opportunities. Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement. Learn new BTIs/CGIs, identify potential BTI/CGI opportunities at the site and convert to orders.
* Customer Service Orientation -Respond to customer call outs in a timely manner.
* Safety Awareness - Attend customer site on request and respond to needs, Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement. Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.

Key skills and qualifications
* Bachelor 's degree in engineering - electronic systems/industrial automation/ electrical.
* Previous industry experience of Minimum 10+ Years in handling service of Honeywell Experion PKS DCS System, Safety Manager and Honeywell FGS systems Namely XLS, Notifier, FGS devices etc.,
* Should have minimum certification L2/ L3 in handling Honeywell DCS & Safety Systems
* Minimum L2 Certification in Honeywell EPKS/ESD/FGS Systems
* Capacity to Handle Issues and customer at Site and solving issues to the satisfaction to all stake holders.
* Should be able to handle customers Individually without much support from superior on the technical issues.
* Familiarity with wide variety of industrial plants and applications as applicable to control systems especially Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals industries
* Good written and oral communication
* Flexible individual with great adaptability skills
