Previous industry experience of Minimum 13+ Years in handling service of
Honeywell Experion PKS DCS System, TPS and Safety Manager
* Should have minimum certification L2/ L3 in handling Honeywell DCS (TPS & EPKS) & Safety Systems
* Should handle customers Individually without much support from superior on the Technical issues
* Responsible for technical delivery of Control Systems preventative and remedial maintenance
* Support PM/ CM on Monthly Meetings, Engineering design and Implementation, and other project related activities from time to time
* Should be able to Manage & handle teams and guide them technically to complete an Assigned Task
* Capacity to Handle Issues and customer at Site and solving issues to the satisfaction to all stake holders
* Troubleshooting Analysis/ Problem Assessment - responsible for technical issue analysis and resolution with support of TAC.
* Escalate issues in a Timely Manner and follow-up the same to solve them in the agreed time frame
* On process Migration Hands on experience and certification shall be an added advantage
* Write a detailed daily / weekly report for each job location and submit to customer/ Service Lead.
* On time entry of Timesheets in the tool with details and Maintain Time sheets for billing purpose
* Implement projects using Honeywell Tools and processes, provide input for constant improvement of processes.
* Familiarity with wide variety of industrial plants and applications as applicable to control systems especially Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals industries
* Comply with Honeywell GSM
* Teamwork/Collaboration-Internal and external liaison with including Service and project progress reporting
* Initiative - Identifying and acting upon, sales and service opportunities. Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement. Learn new BTIs/CGIs, identify potential BTI/CGI opportunities at the site and convert to orders.
* Customer Service Orientation -Respond to customer call outs in a timely manner
* Safety Awareness - Attend customer site on request and respond to needs, Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement. Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.
* Estimate materials costs and quantities provide the information to Service Sales.
* Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader.
* Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services
* Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
* Good written and oral communication
* Flexible individual with great adaptability skills
* Cross-cultural work experience
