Charterhouse is working with a Single-Family Office based in Kuwait, and they
are looking for an experienced and innovative Portfolio Manager to analyse the
existing portfolio, as well as manage the strategy of the portfolio moving
forward.
About the role
The current portfolio is a diversified one, made up of Private Equity, Real
Estate, Mutual Funds etc. with a large focus on the US and International
markets. The incoming PM will be working directly with the Manager of the
Family Office, and will be responsible for actively managing the investments.
You shall be required to analyse funds and establish a strategy for the
portfolio, as well as analysing market data to sufficiently grow the
portfolio.
Additionally, the PM will be directly involved with all decision making and
should have a strong understanding of up-to-date market conditions, in order
to provide solid advice when necessary. You will also be expected to identify
both short-term and medium-term investment opportunities and have the ability
to present these to your team.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of three
years of work experience as a PM, specifically dealing with International and
US markets. You should have worked with a variety of different asset classes
and investments, and show a detailed understanding of the factors that will
affect the economic markets.
Previous experience in a Family Office background would be beneficial but not
essential. You must possess strong communication skills in English, both
written and verbal.
