Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed
facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range
of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work
together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient
and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of
Integrative Medicine.
As a Administration Nursing Supervisor in Kuwait your main responsebilities
will be:
* Manage and oversee head nurses from different areas within the nursing department, such as ER, Pediatrics, Labor, etc;
* Manage and coordinate nurse schedules;
* Lead and ensure high-quality patient care while following protocols and standards;
* Ensure nursing practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies;
* Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records;
* Create reports for senior management;
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care quality, implement best practices, and ensure compliance;
* Educate and train new nurses;
* Coordinate nursing responses during emergencies, including disasters, and maintain staff readiness;
* Mentor nurses for growth, conduct evaluations, and foster continuous improvement.

Education & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or approved equivalent.
* Licensure in the Country of Origin and by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health
* Minimum of 10-12 years of nursing experience.
* At least 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Computer literate.
