Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Site Lead. This position will
be located in Shaw AFB, SC ASAB, Kuwait PSAB, KSA and ADAB, UAE. Position will
be onsite.
Responsibilities:
Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in
development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary
staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages
schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops
resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for
intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
Generally, reports to a Program Manager.

Qualifications:
* Clearance required: Secret
* Bachelor's with ‎5 - ‎8 years (or commensurate experience)
* ‎8 years' experience in: supervising personnel and managing multiple complex technical programs
* Budgetary responsibility
* Planning and estimating work loading requirements
* Communicating and interfacing with DOD customers
* ‎2 years' experience in managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East
* ‎5 years' practical experience in any of the following military communication systems: Information Technology; RF Communications; Satellite Communications; Telecommunications; Analog, Power and/or RF Design; Tech Control
* Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures
