Job Purpose:
Markets the Bank's KNET products to assigned target clients, working to
ensure profitable terms for the Bank, and providing after-sales services and
supports that are on par with the Bank 's quality of service standards.
Operational Duties:
As guided by the Unit Head and Manager, conducts market research (both desk & field work) to understand the competitive landscape, profile or existing merchants, the Bank's current market share and its potential share.
When visiting a potential POS client, works towards marketing any other CBK product alongside the merchant terminals service (Cards, Accounts and Funds etc).
Undertakes the necessary background work for offer preparation in coordination with Unit Head and Unit Manager.
Follows-up on offers made. Upon client acceptance of offered rates, prepares and secures signed agreement for the manager.
Visits the client to obtain contract signature.
Prepare merchant agreement based on the formula and proposed prices agreed by the Manager.
Training the new and existing merchant on how to use the services.
