Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is looking for a Director of Spa who

The role:
The Director of Spa provides leadership to all employees within the Spa
Department. The Spa Director provides cutting-edge advice and makes key
strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and hotel spa members with
regards to treatments and philosophies. Creating, developing and implementing
of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, spa budget, demonstrating
effective retail management, supervises personnel such as manager,
supervisors, therapists, attendants, fitness trainers, wellness practioners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa
* Understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans
* Creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership
* Applicants are required to have two to three years of relevant luxury Spa experience in the similar role.
