THE POSITION
We are looking for an Order Management Coordinator, who will be
responsible for supporting and executing order management activities to ensure
that the end-to-end goals of Order to Cash are achieved. Key tasks for this
position include monitoring and managing scheduled reviews of shipment
execution, order call offs, delivery creation and credits & complaints while
continually adhering to internal and external regulations.
This position is based at Dubai and reports to the Head of Order Management
IMETA.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Ensure all Order to Cash processes and deadlines are delivered with a high level of accuracy in a timely manner
* Manage and support the execution of all aspects of orders and shipments including the accuracy of documents, import licenses and green light releases while ensuring duties adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements
* Monitor a high level of data accuracy by regularly reviewing and maintaining data regarding pricing, order texts, commissions, and payment terms
* Perform and fulfill KPIs and all other duties assigned in a professional manner and reliably adhere to regulations
* Collaborate and build network with internal stakeholders to understand individual market requirements
* Ensure country specific shipment plans are executed efficiently and issues that arise are resolved to facilitate quick expedition
* Provide high level of service to customers by minimizing response time for customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Master's degree will be a plus
* APICS certification is preferred
* Previous knowledge and experience using system software such as SAP and MS Excel
* Experience working in a multinational environment in the life-science industry is preferred
* Proficiency in English in its oral and written form
* Proficiency in Arabic and/or French/Turkish/German is an advantage
