Responsibilities:
MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT - Minimun 6 months.
The G&A department is seeking an administrative assistant to perform tasks
such as:
*
Check and process software orders and project services according to the
corporate policies - implementing the procedure in place.
* Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
* Customer service and support.
* Cut license keys and ensure delivery to the customers.
* Process basic accounting transactions in ERP.
* Debt collection.
* Handle relationship with Local Authorities, Finance and legal partners.
* Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the PPM team in Europe and US.
* Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
* Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.
Qualifications:
* Business Administration degree (or similar).
Experience required:
* 3 years minimum in a similar position in a multinational company.
* Good knowledge of Office pack and most usual ERP.
* Experience in invoicing and customer service.
* Basic knowledge of accounting
Skills:
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of French or Arabic would be an asset but not mandatory.
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
* Autonomous and proactive.
* Strong team player.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and flexible.
* Effective communicator.
