Your duties include:
* You coordinate and ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in accordance with the customers' wishes, and you clearly inform the customers and your own organization.
* You assist sales managers in answering customer inquiries and help with service offers.
* You take care of the processing and input of orders into the production control system, and you maintain a current task list for customers, production and sales.
