He is responsible for E-commerce customers (Amazon in particular) and
develops the overall customer strategy (content, promo plan, media and
catalogue), working closely with the marketing, trade marketing, finance,
administration, logistics, and external agencies (digital and media).
Defines the annual "customer plans" and ensures the achievement of the
assigned budget through periodic verification of the main sales KPIs, defining
the commercial policies within the guidelines defined by the company.
It contributes to the management and development of long-term relationships
and partnerships with relevant clients and to the optimal management of the
negotiation and bargaining phase.
