Job Purpose: We are looking for a key stakeholder manager with expertise in
professional learning solution delivery to lead the implementation of
strategic Learning & Talent support for our global teams. Job Accountabilities
- Build and enhance relationships with HR colleagues and across business areas
to understand requirements and identify key priorities to ensure L&T meets
business expectations. - Drive efficiencies in learning practices across
operational training, partnering closely with Learning & Talent Operations to
deliver on the business needs. - Manage the smooth end to end execution of
business solutions and partner with Experience Evaluation & Analytics to
provide insights to business partners. - Define and scope new business
requests and create aligned proposals, monitor the uptake of proposals and
highlight key insights. - Liaise with the business and the L&T community of
expertise to ensure stakeholders receive relevant consultancy to develop the
right solutions at the right time. - Partner with the L&T teams to identify
and implement best-in-class, scalable learning solutions and analytics that
can support critical mass. - Take a proactive role in aligning the needs of
the business, mitigate potential risks and collaborate to build effective
solutions.
Qualifications & Experience: - Human Resources/Training : ‎8+ Years - Degree or
Honours (‎12+‎3 or equivalent) : Minimum Bachelor's level qualification in a
related field, Masters level qualification would be an asset Progressive
experience in Human Resources relationship management, performance consulting
or related field Knowledge/skills - An experienced performance consultant
(coaching skills would also be an advantage) - An expert in programme and
project management - An excellent relationship builder who actively listens
and knows how to ask the right questions in order to fully understand someone
else's needs - Confident in holding the line with the business and able to
manage business expectations whilst maintaining effective relationships -
Excellent in communication skills and exceptional at collaborating and
influencing across all levels of the business - Able to use initiative and
take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective
results - Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-
set and the desire to constantly improve - An excellent team player - A
critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data
and create meaningful conclusions which will inform the business - A desire to
continually seek out opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and
innovation in your organisational eco-system
