consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do
is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film
stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has
chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and
business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals.

Job Description

LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER
As a trainee broker, you will start your career with a senior broker as your
mentor, who will work closely with you in your first ‎6 months as you learn on
the job. During this time, you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand
what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You'll also
learn everything from how to build a sales list, to which planes can carry
which amount of passengers and of course how to administer a charter flight.
The role of a Trainee Broker is to generate new leads to convert into
profitable business and, through excellent relationship building, retaining
those clients. This will be achieved by focusing on client needs and setting
high expectations in terms of results.
A Trainee Broker should always be looking for ways to win new business; this
includes keeping up to date with competitor information and be interested in
always seeking out new opportunities through networking, and keeping abreast
of current affairs.

Qualifications

THE PERSON
* Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
* Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACS
* Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
* Resilience with the ability to bounce back after setbacks
* Able to take a commercial outlook on all flights to ensure a win win for ACS and the client
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
* Strong numeracy skills
* Valid UAE driving license
* Valid passport with the ability to gain visas to travel within Middle East and Europe
