About the role


The Assistant Manager, HR, is responsible for assisting the Manager, HR
Services and providing support for all employee related matters. Your
responsibilities will also include preparing reports, working with our HR
systems, RAMCO and SAP, managing matters related to opening bank accounts for
new employees and tracking residence visas and updating employees on all HR
related matters.


You will also be required to help with onboarding, ensuring employees personal
files are up to date, handling requests regarding passports, handling employee
requests and assisting with any employees exiting Atlantis Dubai. The role
will work closely with the HR functions and business to deliver regular HR
support to our employees. An important part of this role will also be to
represent the employees' interests in all employment-related matters and
liaise closely with the Employee Relations team concerning legal and
industrial proceeding issues, as well as organise and direct the efficient and
timely onboarding of all colleagues in the resort.


About you


The successful Assistant Manager, HR candidate will have a minimum of ‎3-‎4
years' experience in a HR role, within a ‎5* hotel/resort, and have a relevant
bachelor's degree and preferably have experience working within the UAE. Being
proficient with MS Office is essential and having experience with HRMS such as
SAP & RAMCO is extremely advantageous.

employees needs, and be professional and well groomed.
