POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Assistant will be working closely with the Head of HR/
Global General Manager to provide administrative support for human resources
tasks. The primary tasks will be London payroll and onboarding new employees
in Dubai.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage UK monthly payroll including changes, preparing workbooks for third-
party processing and creating reports
Administer UK pension payments and add new joiners
Coordination of onboarding/off-boarding in UK and UAE
Coordinate tasks in shared HR email inboxes
Provide administrative support for employee services such as salary
certificates, payslips and employment letters
Keep employee files up to date
Assist with projects and other administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5yrs experience working in a similar role
Proficient at using all Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
Organized with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills; approachable with a desire
to help
Being a strong team player
A willingness to learn and attention to detail
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar degree
CIPD Qualified – minimum level 5 or working towards
