Our Human Resources team is an integral piece of the puzzle. They are cultured

The Candidate

As Human Resources executive, **** you will join a committed team, driven with
the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international diaspora
in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Have experience in Payroll and Oasys System
* Be well versed on mandatory HR policies & procedures, and online government systems in order to provide advice on current practices and onboarding employees
* Be knowledgeable of the UAE's Labour laws and procedures
* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and other countries
* Develop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databases
* Coordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete
* Coordinate departmental employee relation functions in consultation with the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager
* Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports as required by the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager
* Ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding process is seamless
* Manage the administration tasks relating to a team member's start and departure
* Support with monthly payroll updates administration: checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc.
* Responsible to ensure that all team member notice boards are kept updated e.g.; new joiners, promotions, awards, engagement results etc.
* Maintain a good working relationship with other department & employees
* Daily communication with hotel employees and receiving their requests
* Daily check on employee locker, changing rooms and transportation
* Work collaboratively with all Senior Managers and Employees in enhancing operational processes and improving communication, efficiency and costs across all HR practices

Requirements

What We 're Looking For**
*
A hands-on approach with a 'can-do!' work attitude
* ‎1-‎2 years of experience working in Payroll
* Knowledge of Oasys system - past experience working with this
* Previous experience with recruitment within luxury hotels is preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* ‎1-‎2 years of experience working in a similar role.
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Be responsive, respectful and deliver a great FIVE-style experience
* Ability to adjust job scope, as required
