Human Resources [JRG].Executive - (220000OU)
Payroll Administration
* Ensure accurate running of monthly payroll and prepare corresponding reconciliations.
* Prepare End of Service Benefits and transfer to GL with relevant costing.
* Responsible for reconciling and posting all payroll and benefits related accounts and cost allocations.
* Maintain payroll information, files and records for purposes of providing an up-to- date reference and Internal / External audit trail in compliance with company regulations.
* Prepare monthly Pension Reports.
* Prepare Monthly Accruals, MIS, HR System Audit, and Budget vs. Actual Reports.
* Process Payroll with strict adherence to timeliness and accuracy as and when required.
HR Administration and Analytics
* Assist HR team in coordination of ongoing HR activities and projects through providing effective and efficient coordination and administrative support.
* Ensure effective documentation of all project related data, systematically file and maintain for record purposes and easy retrieval.
* Responsible for maintaining various HR files and maintenance of any database, to have an efficient work environment and secure an effective system for the tracking and retrieval of the files/ documents/e-documents or other information. Secure and maintain confidentiality of important documents.
* Support the team in ensuring full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, processes and procedures.
* Submit timely report and prepare ad hoc reports as and when required to provide information to the management for highlighting the issues and concerns in order to make informed decisions.
