The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use waterfront
development in the UAE. The master-planned development will hold, residential,
hotels, retail, and commercial units.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking information/reporting lead to
join our established and growing team in UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing general environmental inquiries and working with the client, stakeholder, and engagement lead consents team, etc. on any environmental requirements affecting the project.
* Providing regular and ad-hoc reports on environmental issues.
* Periodically reviewing the environmental processes in the project quality management system.
* Ensuring that the stakeholder record management system is regularly updated and provides a clear summary of current discussions with external stakeholders.
* Developing and maintaining the environmental key risks and issues log to be used to report to the senior leadership team.
* Supporting the project and procurement team by providing technical expertise on responsible procurement when required, providing training, attending key meetings, and reviewing/commenting on progress.
* Ensuring packages and scopes of work incorporates relevant sustainability requirements.
* Supporting the project team by providing technical expertise on Net Zero Carbon. When required, provide training, attend key meetings, and promote best practices.
* Facilitating the development of proposals to contribute towards corporate carbon targets.

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development
seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional
qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project
management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry
