What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
* Sales
eCommerce Net Sales Value and Gross Margin Budget
Digital Marketing
Liaise with marketing team for Budget allocation for digital marketing.
Interpret analytics, Strategize and implement tactics for brand awareness,
audience targeting, acquisition and conversions
Website Performance
Optimize the website, increase multiple images across brands, enrich product
information on the front-end, maintain website performance and improvise the
customer checkout journey experience.
Product Management
Monitor the price and inventory accuracy, day to day website activities
Project Management
Automation for real-time update on Shopify. Introduce new payment methods
Create brand accounts across digital platforms and tie-up with affiliates.
Introduce new services for better customer experience. (Chat, Order Tracking
page, etc.)
Research and onboard Mobile App
eCommerce Operations
Liaise with Process and Compliance team and update SOPs on new processes.
Reporting
Circulate Week To Date, Month To Date and Year To Date Brand performance to
Brand Managers and working on the feedback.
Required Skills to be successful:
What equips you for the role:
* Bachelor Degree
* 4-5 years ' in an eCommerce environment (retail is a plus)
* Proven track record of growing organic visibility and traffic for industry leading brands in a competitive search landscape
* Excellent working with shopify.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, interpret information and trends in large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations
* Team player with ability to self-learn
