The technical assistance account manager has the main mission of collecting
and then remotely processing requests from users in difficulty with regard to
the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team leader, his mission
consists of:
* Solve technical operating and maintenance problems by dealing with questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline requirements.
Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided in order
to prepare him for the responsibilities which will be entrusted to him.
Technical support experience is desirable.
