Job Role
* Sourcing, Assessing, Prescreening, and Interviewing candidates for open roles
* Work on agreed openings with weekly and monthly targets
* Meet and aims to exceed client ratios across CV submitted/shortlisted to interview/closed
* Seek out creative and intelligent sourcing methods in order to conduct relevant research for an open role
* Benchmark entities, segment industry and services, gather competitive intelligence and run litmus test per vacancy
* May Advise client on process, may coach others who can support individual search or multiple roles
* Reports results on daily basis, and weekly
