KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
* Update and audit HR Personnel Files for proper documentation.
* Assist in preparation and/or review of Employment Contracts.
* Assist with training and Learning & Development initiatives.
* Update training and learning database.
* Support with activities related to company intranet and policies repository.
* Coordinate new hire orientations.
* Prepare HR-related reports as needed
* Participate in organizing company events.
* Participate in HR initiatives or projects from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management.
* Proficient level in English language
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
* Precise and detail oriented.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous internship in corporate environment is advantageous.
