As Service Leader - F&B; Guest Relations Executive, we rely on you to:
Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintains high quality service
standards
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
Make sure that the guest is greeted and served promptly
Engage in suggestive selling
Presents the guest's bill when necessary
Updates profiles for guest in the system
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Loves interacting with guests
Believes in teamwork
Communicates with fluency in English
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
background
A self-starter and a team player
Enjoys being challenged
