Who do we want?
Recent UAEN graduate with a UAE Family Book, or a Post Graduate Degree with a
GPA of 3.0+.
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to learn and pursue a career in banking. Combined with a passion
for self-development
How long:
This is a full time permanent job and the graduate program commences in
September 2022 and lasts for 18 months. Following completion you will move
into your designated role in your business area
The Experience:
During the program you will going through a structured development calendar
that will develop both your technical skills and soft skills to enable you to
make the best start in your career.
You will work on business related assignments, deliver meaningful
presentations to our Senior Management and embark on a combination of learning
opportunities including on-the-job, online, partnering with external
institutions and certifications.
You will be assigned a Mentor from our diverse workforce who can share their
career experiences gained from their career in regional/international banks.
