Sales Support /Elmech
JOB PURPOSE:
To assist & manage inquiries for Elmech product and prepare quotation, to
maximize & achieve higher sales target of the dept.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Manage all Elmech direct/indirect sales inquiry in Middle East
* Assist existing and new customer Inquiry related to Elmech/CLIQ products
* Review technical specification of customer inquiry & provide suitable solution based on customer requirements
* Prepare effective quotations base on customer requirements
* Provide Technical support with channel partner and SI related to propose and supplied product
* Monitor new and open sales orders including approval, document-tracking and other requirements
* Track all order status including coordination in factory to assure materials will be deliver on time
* Coordinate with head of dept to ensure proper contribution margin are added in quotation to achieve higher profitability
* Coordinate with sales team to make sure proper quotation is align as per customer requirements
* Coordinate sales effort with other departments (commercial, technical, estimation and projects)
* Develop and maintains good business relationships with current client and new prospective customer
* Prepare monthly report for submitted quotation to customer and update status of each project
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
* 6 years experience in the same industry
* Excellent Technical background for electromechanical lock With strong personality to deal with SI, Partner and Contractor
