Position Summary:
Based in Bain’s Dubai office , you will support the ME Counsel in reviewing,
drafting and negotiating legal contracts.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Contract Support
Review, draft and negotiate legal contracts including:
consulting engagement agreements,
confidentiality agreements,
vendor and independent contractor agreements,
third party access agreements
various other types of agreements
Directly negotiate and/or support the negotiation of an agreement acceptable
to Bain
Communicate your assessment of the legal issues in an agreement to internal
clients and/or the ME Counsel in a clear and concise manner
Coordinate review and comment by other stakeholders
Review and prepare RFP responses
Manage and interact with various systems and software tools that are used in
the contracting process, e.g. automated contract review tools and contract
management system
Multi-task multiple contracts and matters with high efficiency
General Legal Support
Support other members of Bain’s legal team on special projects
Qualifications:
JD with 2+ years’ experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating business
contracts in a law firm or in-house setting
Admitted to the practice of law in one of the ME countries
Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
Business fluency (reading and writing) in Arabic is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly-developed organizational skills, articulate, detail oriented and hard
working
Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
Experience in servicing global clients preferred
