Position Summary:
Based in Bain’s Riyadh office you will support the ME Counsel in reviewing,
drafting and negotiating legal contracts.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Contract Support
* Review, draft and negotiate legal contracts including: consulting engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor and independent contractor agreements, third party access agreements, various other types of agreements
* Directly negotiate and/or support the negotiation of an agreement acceptable to Bain
* Communicate your assessment of the legal issues in an agreement to internal clients and/or the ME Counsel in a clear and concise manner
* Coordinate review and comment by other stakeholders
* Review and prepare RFP responses
* Manage and interact with various systems and software tools that are used in the contracting process, e.g. automated contract review tools and contract management system
* Multi-task multiple contracts and matters with high efficiency
* General Legal Support
* Support other members of Bain’s legal team on special projects
Qualifications:
* JD with 2+ years’ experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating business contracts in a law firm or in-house setting
* Admitted to the practice of law in one of the ME countries
* Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
* Business fluency (reading and writing) in Arabic is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly-developed organizational skills, articulate, detail oriented and hard working
* Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
* Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
* Experience in servicing global clients preferred
