Job Responsibilities:


‎1. Responsible for assisting in the control of the on-site wiring quality,
the control of incoming telephone lines, manpower deployment, counseling and
managing the telephone answering method of the receptionist and supervising
the duty of the receptionist.


‎2. Inquiry and login of migrant workers and computer system data.

‎3. Assist in the preparation of dispatch cases, dispatch operations and
technical use of the electronic dispatch system, review the content of
dispatch cases, and track and control operations after dispatch.

‎4. Responsible for supervising business execution and handling execution
emergencies.


Job Requirements:



  • Work experience: need to have customer service related, more than ‎3 years of work experience
