With ‎650 guest rooms and suites, the four-star TRYP by Wyndham Dubai is
currently the largest TRYP by Wyndham hotel in the world! Centrally located in
Al Barsha Heights formerly known as TECOM, the hotel will be within easy reach
of popular attractions including the Mall of the Emirates, Palm Jumeirah and
the Expo ‎2020 site. Hotel facilities include NEST, one of the world's first
fully integrated co-working spaces within a worldwide branded hotel, which
offers both shared and private meeting and event areas, rentable desks, and

Job Description:
To ensure that all guest and colleague areas are maintained to a high standard
of maintenance and cleanliness, as assigned by the Housekeeping Management
Team and in accordance with the Company policies, procedures and standards as
laid out by the management to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

* Reports for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
* Attends the morning / evening briefing at the beginning of the shift.
* Collects the section key against signature and room report from the housekeeping office and returns them at the end of the shift.
* Cleans assigned rooms thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenishing linen and guest supplies.
* Inspects all facilities, furniture and fixtures and reports any damage to the Supervisor for action and follow-up.
* Informs Order Taker / Floor Supervisor of any missing/broken items found in rooms.
* Attends to the guests requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
* Does special general cleaning in guest rooms as per housekeeping daily, weekly and monthly schedule and occupancy level.
* Cleans staircases, corridors, windows and pantries on the assigned floors as and when requested
* Cleans and stores all the equipment in proper place and keep 's pantries well arranged.
* Pays particular attention to busy areas outside of section such as guest elevators inside and outside, ashtrays.
* To provide turndown services as per the hotel standard when assigned for Turndown service.
* Re-stocks the trolley & pantries for the next day.
* Keeps all housekeeping areas clean and tidy.
* Present and active in the training sessions provided by the hotel and department.
* Reports any maintenance issues immediately.
* Assist with preventative maintenance programmes.
* Does not release rooms with maintenance faults.
* Does not allow anyone to enter in guest rooms except with the approval of the Supervisors.
* Reports any suspicious behaviour immediately.
* Reports damages or missing items.
* Does not open any room to the Guest.
* Does not give your master keys to any team member.

* ‎1-year experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
