Emirates Flight Catering Company (EKFC) has collaborated with Crop One
Holdings Inc to build the world*s largest Controlled Environment Agriculture
Facility in the Middle East under the registered name of Emirates Crop One
(ECO ‎1).

proximity to the point of consumption, ECO ‎1 Products will put less resource
strain on the environment. And when combined, these benefits mean lower costs
and increased yields ' a win for investors, consumers, partners, and, more
importantly *' the planet.

Emirates Crop One has an opening for a Production Crew member for their Dubai-
based farm.This position will work within the team responsible for key
processes within the farm.Candidates must possess the ability to be proficient
indetail-oriented work, must interact well with and take direction from
others.Must also have a sense of urgency within the crew to complete tasks
quickly and thoroughly.This position will report directly to the Production
Team Leads and will perform the following tasks outlined below:

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of daily production tasks, which can be physically demanding
and require great attention to detail.
Learn and follow the companys food safety plan and complete the required
trainings to comply with the companys food handling policies.
Maintain products through regular quality assurance / quality control
procedures to ensure the highest quality output at all stages of production.
Maintain great communication with supervisors andfellow team members.
Accurately input data into our database and fill out any necessary daily task
logs.
Follow good manufacturing processes (GMPs), good agricultural processes
(GAPs), company food safety policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs.)
Participate in ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of all food secure
locations and processing areas within the facility.
Adhere to all facility and equipment safety measures to always ensure personal
and others safety.
Participate in training in all relevant tasks performed within the facility.

Qualifications:
* Experience within a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferable.
* An interest in sustainability and food production.
* Must be able to understand and speak basic English.
* Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts or weekends as required
* Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to ‎25 Kilograms.
* Ability to work on ladders, lean down into low spaces, reach into tight areas.
* Willingness to take direction and be a team player.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Takes pride in your work and has a positive attitude while taking on difficult tasks.
