Job Description:
Beach club prides itself on providing guests with an unrivalled and
distinctive lifestyle experience. The property features cutting-edge
architecture, and contemporary dining, creating an enhanced Beach Club
experience.

In this context, the Beach Club Operations Manager fulfils a vital job role in
our Organization, being responsible for developing, implementing and
maintaining quality standards of all the F&B outlets of the Beach Club: Soluna
Restaurant, Beach Club, Risen. The Beach Club Operations Manager is an
Ambassador for the brand at all times. In this role, he/she will have several
duties and responsibilities, such as but not limited to:

Training & managing the service teams, scheduling and directing the staff in
their work assignments;
* Organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, communicating pertinent information to the staff, such as house count and menu changes.
* Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of all aspects of operation, developing and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures.
* Ensuring food quality & service standards throughout all F&B outlets.
* Interacting positively with customers promoting resort facilities & services, resolving any glitches & providing service recovery when needed.
* Maintaining profitability of all F&B outlets, driving the teams to upsell & maximize sales.
* Controlling payroll & equipment costs (minimizing loss & misuse).
* Giving guidance toward improvement and making necessary adjustments.
Desired Skill & Expertise:

Have a minimum of ‎2+ years experience as an Operations Manager in a
‎5*Property.
* Diploma or Degree in the Hospitality/Management industry.
* Beachside Hotel and Resort experience could be a plus.
* Self-motivated, punctual, energetic and able to work under pressure and within time limits.
* Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
* Good knowledge of English language. Additional language will be considered an advantage.
* Have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and deliver consistently.
* Computer literate (MS Office) and experience with book management systems.
