Job Summary


Looking for experienced and talented Head of Kindergarten in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details



  • Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the kindergarten section activities and ensure all the programs are running smoothly, efficiently and effectively on daily basis

  • Make sure all children are provided with adequate support for growth and development through guidance, counseling and relevant training

  • Maintain an effective communication system between the students and parents

  • Make sure the learning facilities are clean, hygienic and safe for learning

  • Monitor teachers and ensure proper coverage of the syllabus throughout the year

  • Determine annual objectives for the instructional and extracurricular programs

  • Preserve academic and other school records


Job Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent

  • Practical experience in the same role required

  • Excellent knowledge of the kindergarten and lower primary curriculum content

  • Excellent leadership skills required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills for new teachers
