We are on the search for a Head of Public Relations to join our leadership
team. A strong individual who shares the same enthusiasm and passion as we do.
As the Head of PR, you will ultimately be responsible for all aspects of
Public Relations across our diverse region. Developing and implementing
corporate and product PR strategies as well as steering the Porsche importer
network with their local operations. Do you have inspirational communication

* Develop regional PR strategy in line with global focus and execute regional PR activities and new communication concepts
* Assume responsibility for importer PR measures and KPI reporting by consulting with national organizations for local activities
* Manage brand reputation and maintain a positive image in media through consistent brand messaging in external communication, media relationships and the development of content creating opportunities, such as test drives, events and campaigns
* Act as the interface with Porsche AG on all PR-related matters. Liaise with internal departments on the definition as well as implementation of policies, directives, procedures, budget management, importer business plans and crisis communications
* Develop and manage annual PR Budget planning process in coordination with Porsche AG and constantly monitor utilization to maximize effectiveness
* Oversee the regional Porsche Press Database for regional and local announcements and manage the regional media monitoring process to showcase the performance of PME PR on a regular basis
* Manage the implementation of CSR initiatives and develop communication strategy in cooperation with other departments and importers

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Communication or other relevant field of study

  ‎7 years experience in PR and/or communication, of which at least ‎5 years should have been as a PR Manager/Specialist or as a consultant in a PR agency. Automotive industry experience is preferable.

  
  

  
  


• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, in addition the ability to embrace people, manage projects and steer agencies as well as suppliers


• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English
