The HR Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate that would
like to explore broad HR & Administration specialties. This role focuses on
supporting the HR Team with administrative aspects of the business as well as
ad-hoc HR Projects.
* Consolidating monthly HR/Office administration related invoices including cost allocation
* Ensuring adequate office asset recording, seamless employee onboarding and offboarding routines
* Logistics/ Planning for employee travel (incl. tracking of costs) of all trips incl. visa coordination
* Supplier Management - Coordinate negotiations of all administrative requests to ensure best possible rates and service
* Providing assistance to CODI members (Executive management team) in terms of claim management and other requirements
* Archiving employee files/ agency agreements and other HR documents
* Enrolling employees with Employee benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions
* Supporting with Internal Projects related to PR's Corporate Social Responsibility Roadmap
* Assisting the Finance team with Audit related queries and requirements
* Planning internal events as part of our annual engagement calendar
* Ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
