IT Administrator Cloud

As an IT Administrator you will support and maintain Nextcare's systems and
infrastructure while ensuring a proper service delivery , resiliency, and
continuity of the IT services hosted on the cloud.

Key responsibilities
* Architect, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure services and resources to support our applications and systems
* Develop and implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment

What you bring
* Education: University degree in computer science or other relevant discipline
* Experience: ‎5+ years in IT service management and cloud system administration
* Certifications: Cloud computing, Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect and Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
* Strong IT background and hands-on experience in:
* Software: Microsoft Products (Servers management, Applications)
* Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows server (2012R2, ‎2016, ‎2019), Linux distributions
* Network: routing, switching, security
* Virtualization: MS Hyper V, VM Ware
* Cloud: MS Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud
* Troubleshooting and desktop support
* Problem solving skills
* Excellent collaborative spirit
* Focused and Attentive to details
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Sharp time management, planning, and leadership skills
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer centric mind-set
* Able to work independently and maintain focus under pressure
* High level of discretion while handling classified information
* Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
* Physically fit to carry out duties
* Fluent in English
* Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, resolving issues in a timely manner
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for Azure-based services
* Responsible for general health, maintenance, and support of the infrastructure components
* Responsible for the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure services and resources to support our applications and systems
