Digital/Social media Responsibilities - MENA
* Owns the entire Fatafeat digital ecosystem, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat) website & Alexa.
* Owns the Discovery and TLC MENA social media pages
* Manage the social media and digital agencies in MENA
* Manages initiatives between all Fatafeat departments and stakeholders.
* Manage the digital Ad sales campaigns for Fatafeat, Discovery and TLC.
* Create the digital Ad sales post-report campaigns for MENA region.
* Extracts key data across all platforms that support making digital decisions.
* Creates performance reports.
* Work with our UX/UI agency whenever needed to create and implement strategies.
* Meet regularly with key teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new digital ideas and user requirements.
* Coordinate with teams to plan and deliver digital content on time.
* Stay on top of the market and competition.
* Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
* Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
* Work with our marketing agency and internal team to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
* Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between the Fatafeat, Discovery and TLC MENA fanbase and the company, and ensure a positive fan experience.
* Create actionable plans to both grow the pages and increase social media monetization through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter and Snapchat.
* Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, including monthly communication objectives and initiatives.
* Create digital cutdowns for Fatafeat, Discovery and TLC Arabia social media pages.
Paid media responsibilities
* Development of the overall paid digital marketing strategy for brand campaigns.
* Implement digital marketing activities across our digital marketing channels.
* Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for paid media on various digital platforms.
* Manage paid social media marketing campaigns for brand and Ad sales campaigns.
* Manage SEO campaigns. (potentially)
* Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagement.
* Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
* Stay on top of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
