The Social Media Executive works with in the social team and works closely
with the account management team, within the Digital function. Under direct
supervision, assist in developing strategic proposals and media contents for
social media activities. Day-to-day management of products and supporting
content on clients' websites
The roles and responsibilities are listed as below, but are not limited to
Primary roles & Responsibility
* Work with product managers to create, publish, maintain and develop web contents in alignment with clients' requirements
* Support developing effective, brand-appropriate marketing and promotional layouts for social media
* Assist in producing data and insight reports around marketing effectiveness, consumer attitudes and behaviors, and social conversations, and clearly communicate related results and implications to clients
* Work with internal project managers to deploy web assets efficiently and effectively
* Assist in coordinating and monitoring the creation of all content and assets
* Assist in proofreading & testing web contents for a quality check
* Use digital and social tracking tools as well as social conversation monitoring tools to support to assure the quality of work and generate compelling and useable insights from data generated by these tools.
* Support consumer insight analysis to contribute to the integrated strategy development
* Carry out Posting experience, calendar, project management.
Requirements to apply**
* The person should be a graduate, with 6 months to 1 year experience in managing social site - Facebook, Instagram, blogs etc.
* Should possess a strong understanding of web content development
* Strong client management skills and communication skills
* Planning, organizing, prioritizing and ability to balance multiple demands
