Job Purpose
* Support oversight of compliance for Retail Banking.
* Monitor and track KYC remediation for all segments within RBWM.
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the bank complies with all regulatory requirements, laws and industry standards.
* Stay up to date with changes in regulations and ensure the bank's policies and procedures are in alignment.
* NPS/CSAT Governance for RBWM
* SAR Governance for RBWM
* Oversight and governance of the Consumer Protection Regulation, including communication, adherence and implementation across new products and services.
Description of Knowledge / Skill etc.
* Graduate with understanding of business, local regulations and current developments.
* Conversant with full range of banking products and services
* At least 5 years' experience in Governance in the Financial Sector and a proven track record of consistent performance and achievements
* Understanding of all banking operations, product, policies, CBUAE regulations and compliance is needed.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills are a must.
* Good knowledge of local and international regulations and AML/CFT laws
* Analytical thinking/ business oriented
* Interpersonal across work groups
* Self-motivated, Team player, Ability to work with senior management teams
