What you 'll deliver
* You'll facilitate the management of the commercial contracts and bidding process and support in prequalification, tendering, contract management and performance valuation processes.
* You'll establish an analytical evaluation and performance reporting system at Dubai Airports and you will be responsible to collect data, conduct research, analyse trends, increase market intelligence and knowledge to further non-aeronautical revenue
* You'll manage property & retail concession files, establishing analysis & performance reports for the department and concessionaires
* You'll be constantly updating knowledge on local laws and maintain an effective contract filing system to maximize commercial revenue.
What you bring
* You should be educated to a bachelor's degree specialized in Business Administration/Commerce/Related. As well as an overall experience of 3-5 years.
* You should be able to understand the areas of database maintenance, business processes and process flow.
* You should be able to conduct inspections and maintain records.
* You should understand commercial contracts and corporate Real Estate valuation principles as well as reading and interpreting plans, specifications, property descriptions & invoices.
