Job Description
Guest Service Officer - Reception
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Officer - Reception, you
will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their
departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
* Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
* Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Additional Information
Knowing:
* Know the sustainable development actions set up by the hotel;
* Know sustainable development related activities (exhibitions, nature outings, bike hire, parks, architecture, shops, restaurants, cooperatives, etc.).
* Know access to public transport.
