Job Description
Our globally-integrated solutions support global workforce mobility, including
immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. As a trusted
advisor of compliance, consulting and technology services to multinational
corporations, we solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to
ensure our clients and their employees have a consistent and compliant global
mobility experience.
As an associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping
to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Qualifications
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:*
* Share and collaborate effectively with others.
* Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
* Coordinating with internal teams to determine appropriate compensation packages, tax implications, and benefits for relocating employees
* Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.
* Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
* Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.
* Build and maintain an internal and external network. Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
* Researching & analysing tax laws, rules and regulations and analysing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
* Demonstrates problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with the regional laws, regulations and procedures
* **Demonstrates ability with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including the following areas:
* Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
* Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
* Coordinating with other Vialto offices where required
* Fluency in Arabic*
