Responsibilities:
* Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates, and enhancements of the MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 environments: Production, UAT and Development.
* Work with internal and external partners to develop and deploy quality enhancements in accordance with industry best practices and company processes; solutions will include MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 modifications, reporting and integrations with legacy applications, designing and developing web applications with appealing visual design.
* Implement robust security and data protection measures in all developed applications.
* Strong Experience with both Consuming and Designing RESTful APIs.
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software.
* Work with other developers and designers to create user-friendly and efficient applications.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
* Knowledge on Power shell scripting.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Troubleshoot and debug applications.
* Stay up to date on the latest technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst.
* Consultant with D365 CE background, having worked on the D365 product extensively and done multiple implementations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
* Must have worked on D365 CE customization and configuration.
* Experience in Integration with third party applications.
* Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power Virtual Agent, PowerBI and CDS (Common Data Services), Business process flow.
* Expertise technologies like HTML 5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, JavaScript.
* Expertise in back-end languages and frameworks, such as C#, .NET Core, Python or Java.
* Good functional understanding of D365 Sales and Marketing module.
* Worked on different XRM versions.
* Experience with portal development is a plus.
* Experience with CI/CD process is a plus.
