To learn and experience how we keep things running smoothly, we're searching
for a proactive and passionate intern for our Human Resources Department.
Your Day to Day In a Nutshell
Every day is different, but generally as an Intern, you will get to learn all
the elements of the Human Resources Department. You will also learn how an
overall hotel business works.
You will get to learn the IHG policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
You will represent the Hotel in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting
with guests and colleagues. You will play a big role in supporting the overall
success of the department's operations.
What We Need From You
As the first Hotel Indigo in the Middle East, this is a great opportunity for
talented hospitality aspirants to step up in their career and experience a new
challenge in the coolest boutique lifestyle brand.
You should have an energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality and you should
be passionate about people and hospitality. You'll be a team player,
proactive, responsible and hardworking. You should also possess strong
interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as great communication
skills.
You should have a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in the related field.
