Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing and issuing sales invoices and reconciliation with receipts.
* Recording of bills from suppliers and reconciliation with accounts payable.
* Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
* Daily recording of journal entries for data entry, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, reconciliations on monthly basis.
* Other accounting data entry or documentation task as requested.
Qualifications Required:
* Three years or more of related experience required
* Must have knowledge of accounting standards/IFRS
* Knowledge of accounting software like Sage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel basic must)
