Job Description

This role is an expert role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day work
systems and tasks to support the business, senior leaders and multi-functional
teams to ensure meetings, events and activities are executed with accuracy and
agility.

events and meetings are coordinated perfectly and quickly to meet business
needs. You also have exceptional communication and people skills across our
large organization, and externally with suppliers and vendors. You should be
well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar
management, and coordinating travel and business meetings.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include efficient & quality day-to-day
administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department.
Examples of your day to day tasks could include complex calendar management
and triage, e-mail monitoring, meeting scheduling, presentation creation,
domestic & international travel arrangements, visa applications, expense
report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, and creation and
management of purchase orders. You should be agile and responsive to
sensing/feedback, and a powerful collaborator as you are a critical partner to
department leadership as well as the team.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any field with an excellent academic background
* ‎2 - ‎3 years of previous administrative experience
* Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Teams, Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.
* Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues
* Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
* English Fluency, Arabic is a plus
