About The Role
Are you an energetic person with a passion for action-filled recreation? Do
you have experience caring for and ensuring the safety of our young minds? Are
you a versatile person who can cope with different challenging situations
while maintaining high luxury standards? Are you confident, creative, and
comfortable communicating at all levels and enjoy a fast-paced working
environment? If so we want to hear from you!
As a Team leader, in our Kids Club you will serve as floor mentor to the Kids
Club counsellors and support them when needed. You will also be responsible
for day to day operations in a high volume family oriented resort and handle
guest requests and complaints swiftly while maintaining 5 star level of
service. You will support the management with department planning and
administration and deliver Forbes Travel Guide standards to ensure service
excellence for all guest.
About You
As a passionate professional with 2 or more years of experience in supervising
children activities, you will have the opportunity to enhancing your customer
service skills whilst gaining experience in a highly awarded five-star hotel.
