About the Role:
As the Manager of the Kids Club, you will be responsible for overseeing all
aspects of our children's program. You will lead a team of dedicated
professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and educational environment for
children. Your primary focus will be on creating a unique and enjoyable
experience for our young guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while
maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an innovative and engaging program of activities and events tailored to different age groups, interests, and cultural backgrounds.
* Create a safe and secure environment for children, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
* Train, mentor, and motivate a team of Kids Club associates, ensuring they provide exceptional service and care to all children.
* Oversee the scheduling and daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's participation, activities, and any special requirements.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage, Recreation, and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for families.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Kids Club program, making adjustments as necessary to continually enhance the guest experience.
* Manage the Kids Club budget, including staffing costs, supplies, and equipment procurement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a kids club, childcare center, or similar environment within the hospitality industry.
* A strong passion for working with children and providing exceptional guest experiences.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities and events.
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and security regulations related to children's programs.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in [Language(s)].
* Certification in First Aid and CPR for children (preferred).
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
