Introduction to the role
Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is offering an exciting role as Head of
Region within the Sales Department. This position will be responsible for
managing and executing market and business development initiatives and
projects across the assigned region. You will serve as subject matter experts
in the field to consult, support, coach and manage the area's Porsche dealer
network to further increase Porsche sales markets share. We are looking for a
professional, to be a representative of the Porsche brand in all customer and
prospect relations. The Head of Region will conduct comprehensive importer
steering to reach wholesale, order intake, retail, marketing and network
development targets in the assigned markets. Are you the target driven team

Job Responsibilities
* Regional market steering by conducting regular market visits in assigned importer markets to ensure implementation of structures and processes. Ensure implementation of actions and measures to achieve planning and agreed business targets.
* Responsible to achieve Sales KPIs targets in assigned region by deriving and executing appropriate actions in constant coordination with PME Marketing / CPM / Finance / Network Development.
* Responsible to create and implement region's strategies to support PAG/PME strategies and overall brand future goals & objectives.
* Collaborate with the Director Sales in department projects / administrative tasks ensuring smooth operation of the sales business.
* Suppor tall PME departments in achieving the PME general goals and targets. Support all PME departments in implementing PME strategies and projects for the respective region.
* Support PME pre-owned business in implementation of strategies, actions and measures.
* Preparation and participation in regional importer conferences and represent the brand and PME in all public and regional functions (customer,productandmarketsevents).

* Bachelors in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field of study
* >‎10 years experience in relevant function within premium/luxury automotive level or similar organizations
* International leadership experience required
* Advanced in Microsoft-Word, Excel, PP, proficient computer skills incl. MS office applications
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, analytical mind, proven conflict management skills
* Cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal skills, ambitious, creative and self-organized, persuasiveness (implementation of objectives)
* High level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Arabic or German are an advantage
* Self-motivator and willingness of extensive travelling
