Job Purpose
The HR Assistant is responsible for the delivery of work to ensure the right
level of quality and timeliness. The success of the role depends on the
success of the team and the ability to work effectively with them.
To manage the client relationship, deliver professional service to clients in
a timely manner and high standard in accordance with Regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the importance of productivity, and the client relationship and
effectively apply this understanding to daily tasks.
Operations Management
* Build relationships with clients, service providers, authorities and other relevant entities, ensure accurate information are communicated
* Keep abreast of legislative and authority requirements, regulation, process and any changes, ensure information sharing and record keeping
* Execute approved service request from client employee which includes, but not limited to, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, work permits, business visa etc. from all jurisdictions in a timely manner
* Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring completeness of statutory records
* Review and update statutory records, adherence to deadlines, incl. early reminders
* When possible, obtain new service sources that are reliable to support the client
* Support in preparing and filing company statutory records
* Identify potential opportunities to build additional services from existing clients
* Ensure complete and accurate billing for each service delivered
* Adhere to the company policies and procedures
* Manage client files, records and databases, and ensure their completeness
* Maintain client contact details for accuracy and ease of use
* Cooperate, coordinate and share information with the relevant team and team members
Client Service
* Maintain client focus, excellence and ensure/improve client satisfaction
* Be proactive and take initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and process efficiencies for the clients, proactively sharing the best practices
* Coordinate with clients, review and update HR records on regular basis, ensure early reminders and adherence to deadlines.
* Attending the operational meetings with clients representatives
Team-based responsibilities
* Cooperate, coordinate and exchange information with other team members, ensure good team spirit and cross-departmental coordination when required
* Perform any other reasonable assignment requested by management

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree holder with Business related or HR centric course
* At least 1 year relevant experience gained from a local firm or multinational company in relevant field
* Self-motivated, well-organized, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude
* Good command of written and spoken English
