* Expert support for our customers and interested parties via all communication channels
* Monitoring and receipt of securities orders
* Participation in the improvement of process flows and participation in projects
* Receiving customer complaints
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma in the commercial field , commercial school diploma or appropriate training
* Good communication skills and fun with banking topics
* Good understanding of numbers
* User knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
